Our Wines
- Saint-Amour
With its ruby red aspect, supported by a glint of garnet-red, it has a nose packed with dark fruit flavours such as blackberry and bilberry. We also notice some peppery notes and a hint of dried roses. On the palate we appreciate soft tannins and one notes a light minerality with a warm cherry finish along with the lightest touch of liquorice.
The quality of my Saint-Amour is recognised in competitions and different guides, and in 2009 and 2011 I was awarded LE PRIX D'EXCELLENCE DU CONCOURS GENERAL AGRICOLE (the prize of excellence in the general agricultural competition). This prize rewards the work of a producer over time and the excellence of results obtained in the Concours Général Agricole over a period of 3 years. For my Saint-Amour 2018 I was awarded a "médaille d'Or au Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2020".

The ensemble makes this wine perfect for the table between friends and for your celebration meals (weddings, Saint Valentine). Wonderful with a thick cut grilled charolais steak, a roast Bresse chicken, a Lyon liver pâté or indeed with a crayfish gratin.
- Beaujolais-Villages
Offering all the fruity aromas of a Gamay and a wonderful fullness on the palate, this wine is harmonious and elegant. My Beaujolais Villages resonates with the terroir from which it springs.
It is perfectly suited to all kinds of occasions. Best served lightly chilled in summer with fine cold meats and grilled meat dishes.

- Burgundy Chardonnay
The purest expression of Chardonnay itself. Aromatic, dry and rounded on the palate, it is best served with fish in a beurre blanc sauce, chicken in a white sauce or simply as an aperitif.
